Mums and Toddler/Pre-schooler Yoga

If you’re looking for a fun way to get moving with your little one(s), try a toddler yoga class, specifically designed for toddlers or preschoolers and their carers.  Aimed at children 2-5 years and an adult (it doesn’t actually have to be mum- dads and/or carers are very welcome!), these classes introduce littlies to yoga in a fun way and best of all, they do it with someone they love.

Toddler yoga involves music, dance, stories, yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.  These classes offer plenty of stretches and strengthening for adults, lots of fun for the kids, and a wonderful opportunity to exercise and relax together.
