A yoga class designed to support and nourish pregnant mums-to-be throughout their pregnancy. After practicing prenatal yoga through both my pregnancies and going on to have two amazing natural births, I feel very humbled and honoured to now be able to share this practice with other expecting mums. Prenatal yoga is an empowering and safe way to exercise throughout a woman’s pregnancy and it can be a wonderful way to connect with your little one and with other women who are having similar experiences. I would be honoured if you could join me in this practice.

$20 casual, $90 for a block of 5 classes, $175 for a block of 10 classes
