Gentle Yoga

A gentle, restorative practice suitable for those recovering from injury, those who are new to yoga, looking for stress relief or living with stiffness from arthritis. This is a small class tailored to individual needs. It can be adapted for pregnant women to safely practice yoga throughout their pregnancy. Props including chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks and cushions are used in this practice to help you feel supported as your body discovers the benefits of each yoga posture. If you’ve wanted to give yoga a go but thought you couldn’t because you weren’t flexible enough - this is the class for you!

Hatha Yoga

A general yoga class for adults, suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. A slow flowing vinyasa class designed to still your mind, nourish your body and have you feeling fantastic!
